When does this offer apply?
For this offer apply, a “Simple Will” means the will leaves the person’s entire estate only to their spouse or to their children, equally, without a trust.
When you meet with one of our attorneys during the initial consultation, please discuss whether a Simple Will meets your needs. If not, we can discuss other estate planning options with you.

Is in-person contact necessary during Quarantine?
Possibly not. The only time you may need to have in-person contact with the firm is at signing. However, there are several signing options available. Our attorneys can discuss these options with you during your initial consultation. Your initial consultation will either occur by telephone or video conferencing. We also have various options available to review the draft of your will prior to signing.
